Habitual Behaviors

Every person has a habit or behavior that can not be abandoned.it's like nail biting, shaking legs and so on.










Many kinds of habit ..Habits are behaviors that people do repeatedly, often without even realising it- for example, the writer who scratches his nose as he works or the student who taps his foot during study in class. People develop such habit because they have a problem or are experiencing some kind of stress. This habits then serve to relieve the tension that they are experiencing.
