This entry I want to tell about WHY WE MUST DRINK A LOT OF WATER...

For your information, water keeps our body running, it helps regulate our body temperature, keep our joints cushioned, protects our spinal cord and other sensitive tissues, and gets rid of waste through sweating, peeing and more..

Few more reasons to hydrate on the regular:-

1- It could help you lose weight
2- It may prevent kidney disease
3- Helps energize muscle
4- Helps keep skin looking good
5- Helps maintain normal bowel function

**Now, Malaysia is in hot weather and haze, so our body is dehydrated keep drink a lot of water to re-energize our body.
